At a young age, Ramond Harris has always had a passion for all forms of music. Ranging from the following genres; Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, Rock and Heavy Metal.Ramond has never limited his ears from any genre. With a gifted ear and a conscious style Ramond "Scooby" Harris is more than likely to help shine the light on any artistes’ career. Born in Austell and raised through out Atlanta, Georgia the new music Mecca of the south. His Journey into music began his 6th grade year while playing the Alto Saxophone for two years at his middle school band. Over the years he lost his passion for the Alto Saxophone and no longer played in the band. At that time his elder brother was producing music. He urged Ramond to make a beat, even though he didn’t know how to at the time, he just wanted to know what it would sound like if he made a beat. “If it wasn’t for my brother I wouldn’t be having all of this success and doing what I do best to day.”- Ramond "Scooby" Harris Six years later, his skills grew producing music for many local Atlanta artists. For almost all of his productions he writes to his own music. He produced music for the World Premiere of Weekend in Oswald’s and in 2008 he was GRAMMY Camper nominated by the Bobbie Bailey foundation under a full scholarship to go to the GRAMMY Camp. Only two people out of the state or Georgia were offered that scholarship. While in Los Angeles for two weeks, he produced for Talia and James Dieffenbach who were also 2008 GRAMMY campers’ singer/songwriters and recorded James Dieffenbach at The Capitol Records studio. His most recent projects is with Britney Carr which he produced "Silver Moon".
Ramond Harris has been an Audio engineer for six years, by working with his church's sound room at the age of eleven, He started off putting labels on to CD's to being able to run whole services and record them, while duplicating the CD's from the last service. He also runs his school's sound system when ever needed and run's studio sessions for many artist.He is an Audio Engineer for hire, with his calm nature and level head, he gaureentees a successful sound recording.
Not only is he an accomplished music producer, but he is also an Actor. Ramond Harris has preformed in the stage plays "Holes" portraying the character Zigzag, "The Wiz" portraying the characters; Uncle Henry and Evilines Assistant.
He has also portrayed the lead character Danny Zuko in the musical "Grease". Nominated to represent his school, He auditioned and became, a 2008 Governors Honors Alternative Finalist, " which was a six week program to where he would of studied in theater." But at the same time he was elidgible for the GRAMMY camp so he decied to go with the GRAMMY camp. Ramond Harris has stage managerial experience by working on a one act play with his schools drama director.
