Please make sure you have a current photo on file before applying or you will NOT be considered for this event. Once you have applied via www.fusiongateway.com please call 1-866-445-0597 ext 104 to record your phone interview if you are applying for the Barbie position. You need to complete the phone interview ONLY if you are applying for Barbie. Staffing Request: Fusion is looking for 1 female Barbie, 1 female brand ambassador, 1 promotioanl talent, and 1 female back up. Barbie is someone who not only loves Barbie, but want to be her as well. Barbie will arrive at the store and get dressed on site. You will be provided with a "Barbie" dress and you will need to provide shoes. Barbies must be female, Caucasian, have shoulder length or longer BLONDE hair (no wigs), must love kids, be a size 0-8, have a nice smile that you can hold for 4 hours, be articulate, and appear in your early 20's. You must have a clear, smiling headshot in your profile to be considered for this position. Brand Ambassadors will be on site to assist Barbie in handing out premiums, managing the crowd, taking photos, etc. Brand Ambassador must love kids, be able to smile for 4 hours, have internet access and a digital camera. You will be required to complete a recap form and send in event photos within 24 hours of the event. Brand Ambassadors must be able to receive the kit at their home and transport it (1 box) to the store. Promotional Talent will be assisting with premiums and managing the crowd. Back Ups must arrive up on site on time to see if needed. If not needed, you will be released and paid the flat rate. If you are needed, you will be required work the full shift and will paid the appropriate rate for that position. Event Date: Saturday, November 8, 2008 Hours: 11:30am-3:30pm Event Rate: Barbie $100 flat rate for 4 hour shift Brand Ambassador $80 flat rate for 4 hour shift Promotional Talent $60 flat rate for 4 hour shift Back Ups $25 flat rate Event Location: Wal-mart stores in EVERY state nationwide. Staff Responsibilities: Kids will be coming in to the Wal-marts to recycle their old Barbies in exchange for a gift from Barbie (stickers, coloring book, etc). Barbie will interact with the kids, pose for photos, and take their old Barbies and gently place her in the box to be recycled. Brand Ambassadors will be assisting Barbie with the premiums, managing the crowds, etc. Back ups must arrive on site. Attire: Barbies will be provided with a dress and you must provide your own appropriate shoes. Brand Ambassadors need to wear khaki pants, comfortable shoes, and a plain white button down or polo style shirt. Program Needs: Must be good with kids A few reminders: You must have your New Hire Paperwork submitted prior to working your event. Please always have a current resume and photo attached to your profile. Preference will be given to those with photos and resumes already in their profile. It is mandatory to submit your timesheets/recaps/photos/event reports/receipts within 24-48 hours of your event. You may scan it and email it to your account manager directly, or you may fax it to 678-366-9164. If this information is not received, it will result in non-payment. If you cancel within 24 hours of execution, or do not show up, you will be fined a $50 rebooking fee. Cancellations via email are not acceptable and you must speak directly with your account manager to cancel.
