I've searched high and low for information on auditions for Rip The Runway and on this site there is information posted about auditions, but I'm not sure if it's updated. If anyone knows if the information is for the 2009 audition, please help me out.
After constantly asking moderators and others on this site if this information for 2009's auditions and getting NO RESPONSE, I did some research for myself. I e-mailed one of the women @ BET Network who is in charge of Rip The Runway and she wrote me back with a response about auditions.
HERE IS WHAT SHE HAD TO SAY:
Hello there,
Originally we held open auditions for RIP THE RUNWAY but due to the overwhelming response we had to narrow this call to professional models only. Most of the models are now chosen by the featured lines directly and if extra models are needed they are sent from the surrounding agencies.

Sorry ladies, I tried... If you want to get in, either sign with a New York agency or apply for the New Faces contest on BET if they have it this year. Again, sorry ladies.. I know you all want this as bad as I do.
