Model and Actress Competition
Girls 7-12 Only!

We are about to embark on our 3rd season of the Pre-Teen Atlanta Girl Model and Actress Competition!

If you think you have what it takes to compete for the title of Young Atlanta Girl (ages 7-9) or Miss Atlanta Girl ages (10-12) then come to our open call. Also if you are a beginner in this industry and have a zest for modeling and acting, you should also come to the open call.

OPEN CALL: Thursday, October 15, 2009 (No Fee)
TIME: 5-7pm
LOCATION: Will be furnished upon RSVP
SPECIFICS OF THE OPEN CALL: Will be furnished upon RSVP

Bring 2 pictures and resume. They don't have to be professional.

We will choose 25 girls from our open call to continue on in the competition. During the competition all girls receive model coaching, acting coaching, and then they will be judged on their commercial shoot and high fashion photo shoot.

All girls will continue on to attend the Interview party and Finale Fashion show which is the day we declare the winner. A photographer will be present during most events, which gives all girls an amazing opportunity to boost their portfolio.

The winner in the 7-9 division will receive:
1. An editorial fashion spread on AtlantaGirlMagazine.com (website)
2. Photo Shoot with a professional photographer
3. Receive the TITLE of Young Atlanta Girl
4. 2 free model coaching sessions

The winner in the 10-12 division will receive:
1. An editorial fashion spread on AtlantaGirlMagazine.com (website)
2. Photo Shoot with a professional photographer
3. Receive the TITLE of Miss Atlanta Girl
4. 2 free model coaching sessions


We are looking for girls of all races and sizes. Beginners and experienced girls are welcome.

You must RSVP for Thursday's, October 15, 2009 open call by emailing us: parents name, child's name, email address, and phone number. Open call location will be furnished upon RSVP.

One thing you can always count on with an Atlanta Girl Magazine production is the total self empowerment of girls.

There is no fee to be a part of this competition.
