Looking for a new and upcoming designer that wants to showcase their work. The brand will be a women and children's t-shirt line. I am working with investors from Hong Kong, so I'm looking for the best of the best. I will be traveling to Hong Kong by the end of November to pick materials and fabric for the t-shirts.
