Actors and actresses of Atlanta. Due to an overwhelming request from last weeks workshop, Acting coach and Playwright Randy R. Walls will teach another workshop this Saturday October 24,2009. The Power workshop series has been such a major success that the press was notified on this amazing talent and his dynamic teaching style. Randy has been a professional performer for since the age of six years old, traveling and performing in such major productions as; FAME: The Musical, Little Shop of Horrors, FOOTLOOSE, Barry Manilow's Copacabana, West Side Story and the Tribeca and Sundance nominated film "Choices" ,which he played the principle role of Derek Jones. As an accomplished performer Randy turned his talents toward teaching, working on sets such as Tyler Perry's "Why Did I get Married Too" and Freedom Films "The Black Bag". Since Randy began teaching in Atlanta his students has gone on to work with major production companies such as; Tyler Perry Studios, VH1, MTV, BET, Rain Forest Films and Lions Gate Films. Randy is currently working on his own theater production entitled "SPEECHLESS" which is set to debut in Atlanta in March 2010. Randy's current project has been endorsed by President Obama, The Sullivan Center of Atlanta and others.
