Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and composite daily promo reels. - Create, update, and maintain OAP work orders for all off-air marketing projects.- Coordinate all off-air marketing materials (including, but not limited to national cable spots, spot cable, in-theatre creative, radio creative, etc.) - Coordinate with Off-Air and client services for radio. - Manage the layback of vendor produced creative – both masters and sub-masters. - Fulfill clip requests for various departments – Marketing, Media Relations, Programming, Ad Sales, etc. - Assist writer/producers with On-Air Promotion database questions, coordinate materials, logging tapes, etc.- Coordinate internal dub requests. - Update On-Air Promotion database as needed; enter scripts, music cues, and WBS budget codes. - Compile contract requests forms. - Support other coordinators in all other areas. - Compile awards entries. - Create and distribute weekly promo comp reel. - Produce and distribute media relations comp reel on behalf of the Media Relations Team & Creative Team. - Maintain and distribute the “Movie Marketing Spreadsheet” to various departments indicating which on-air elements coordinate with which movies. - Receive, process, and deliver special projects requests for various departments – Marketing, Media Relations, Programming, Ad Sales, etc. - Provide general support - Provide assistance and support for the team of Writer/Producers producing the on-air experience. This position serves as back up to all other coordinators.

Experience:
- Experience working in post production strongly preferred, but not necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Demonstrated ability to use basic business computer programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint software. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
