Jobseekers beware this position is misrepresented and this company is facing a lawsuit for wrongful termination and harassment. If you are seeking work that is stable and has opportunity for growth or longevity this is not the place for you. They have had five people in this position in less than a year. The supervisor has control issues and a very poor managing skills i.e screaming, acting out, demeaning, and lying. Please be advised this company & position will be the worst decision of your life if you are a true TD or aspiring TD, Director etc... SEEK WORK ELSEWHERE. Flag this if you want to I'm just being honest in today's society employers like this need to be held accountable and not just assume that everyone is so desperate for $$ that they can get away with anything.
P.S. They have a pattern of "laying people off" right when the benefits kick in & claiming they are out of money.
