SENIOR PRODUCER: Must have 5+ years experience and held supervisory production position. Experience both leading a team and working with a host is a must. Skill set includes: creative storytelling and strong writing chops, proven managerial ability, and dexterity in juggling multiple projects at once, from pre-pro to the last detail in edit. Responsible for maintaining continuity between segments using strong writing and great visuals.

PRODUCERS: Must have 3+ years solid producing experience, both in the field and in the edit suite. Experience working with a host is a must. You'll put ideas into motion by creating logical shoot schedules, managing teams effectively, and overseeing stories from beginning to end using strong writing and great visuals, while keeping production value high and costs low.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCERS: Must have 2+ years solid TV production experience. Some duties include: finding great locations, impeccable research, setting up shoots, and handling releases. You'll support production team throughout shoot cycle from pre-pro to edit. Organization and great work ethic required.

PRODUCTION COORDINATORS: 1-2 years of previous experience as Production Coordinator is a must. Some duties include: making travel arrangements, booking crews, creating call sheets, solving payroll issues, general office duties. Support Production Manager and help manage work flow in the field. Excellent organizational skills needed.

All positions must either live in the Boston area or be willing to relocate.
