Sales Representative/Account Executive - Neuron Syndicate Inc.
Neuron Syndicate is searching for talented, energetic and multi-skilled Sales Representatives to add to our unique team of creative thinkers. Top candidates must possess a keen eye for aesthetic detail, an exceptional sense for organization and a passion for the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of design and advertising.
Applicants will be adept in all aspects of print design and layout, as well as, proficient in providing and maintaining the highest standards of pre-press production. Must be able to express verbal, written or analytical ideas and appreciate the growth potential offered by a collaborative studio environment.
This position requires someone who is eager to grow and wear many hats and possesses a strong attention to detail, amazing oral and written communication, excellent proofing skills and the ability to instill confidence in clients. You'll be interacting with creative directors and designers to ensure campaigns are meeting client objectives.
Responsibilities
• Exceeds established sales quotas by cultivating and selling to new accounts.
• Helps develop results based marketing strategies and promotion opportunities for agencies and direct clients.
• Develops and maintains complete prospect, competitor, and customer database and provides information to management as needed or requested.
• Provides feedback on customers, market changes, and volume potential in order to refine market strategy with management.
• Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.
• Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
• Must be comfortable juggling multiple deadline oriented projects.
• Proven ability to manage assignments from start to finish (routing/receiving revisions and approvals, uploading files, collecting files).
Required Skills
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing field or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years progressive experience in solution-based sales.
• Experience in selling services through lead generation, prospect development, and opportunity closure.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

Full time saleried position will be considered after 3-6 months Independent Contractor period. Paid vacation and health benefits available for full time employees.
