The position available is: Part-Time SAT Instructor

Our SAT Teachers work with a bright, talented, and fun office staff and a dynamic, accomplished group of professionals and graduate students from top schools who make up our current staff of part-time teachers. In addition, you work with an extremely ambitious and diverse client base. This is a challenging position with immediate responsibility and great potential for advancement.
Our classroom culture is casual. But at the same time, we are THE experts in the test prep industry. If you think you can strike that balance between putting people at ease and impressing them by having all the answers, this could be the job for you!
Qualifications and Requirements:
*Great test-taking skills and a damn good score on the SAT!
*Bachelor’s degree required
*previous teaching experience is preferred but not required
*excellent public speaking, presentation and communication skills
*strong organizational and time management skills
Starting Payrate: $15/hr, or $20/hr with a Master’s or Phd.
Job Location: We run courses in the following locations:
Monterey Park, Arcadia, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, La Canada, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Northridge, San Fernando Valley, Thousand Oaks, Agoura, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Valencia, Santa Clarita and Simi Valley. However, we are in immediate need of teachers in the West Valley, Arcadia and La Canada.
Position type: Part-time
Application Deadline: Classes run throughout the year and we run teacher trainings on an as-needed basis. But if you’re interested, don’t wait because if you’ve got what it takes, we’re interviewing now!
Start Date: This is an immediate opening. Training starts Dec. 5th, and you’ll be teaching by January!
