"Gigi" Cossar and Bill Starkov operate photo-mill scams. They have scammed victims by promising false job opportunities for years, at least as far back as 1999. Gigi Cossar's real name is Theingi and she was associated with Visionaire, Bambini LA, Bambini Kids, Spectrum Management, Glamour Models, Factory Casting, Models for Film & TV, Extras & Models, Extracast, and now MTF Media Entertainment.
When word spreads Gigi Cossar and Bill Starkov change company names and relocate.
