I want to thank you in advance for your time and consideration. We need a small crew for a commercial contest

We’ll be filming next weekend (Fri & Sat) from 9AM to 4:30PM, shooting various setups/ scenes at the location. We hope not to go overtime, but you should be prepared to stay just in case the set ups/ breakdowns extend the expected time. If you are not available for the entire duration of the shoot, we understand. We are just grateful for the participation and services extended to our production. We offer compensation for gas, also food,(we provide) credit and copy in exchange for the valuable time you may volunteer.
The entire production is planned to extend a total of two days filming on both Friday the 23rd in Santa Monica Ca. And Saturday
Oct. 24,2009 in Inglewood at a private residence.
Our knowledge and understanding in regards to the technical aspect of production is fairly limited. This is why we would rely heavily on your experience to guide our production.

For crew, we are in need of the basics: a DP, a Key Grip/Gaffer, an AD, a Sound Grip, PA and a makeup/ hair (a crew of 5 or more is ideal). Each scene is fairly simple, and shouldn’t require many overly involved set ups. The visual structure of the piece is also simple; however we invite you to be creative and once again we thank you for your time.
