Film Solutions is a provider of web-based tools and systems for the entertainment industry. We are a growing company looking to hire full time Customer Service Representatives.
Film Solutions is looking for effective, self-motivated, detail oriented people who desire an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment with room for significant advancement.
The applicant must present a friendly and professional demeanor over the phone with clients. In addition, the applicant must possess clear and effective written communications skills.
Primary duties will include developing relationships with existing clients, managing new projects, answering customer service calls and detailed data base entry. Other duties will be assigned based on company needs.
Intermediate computer skills are a requirement to include MS Office programs and the ability to quickly learn multiple in house data base systems.
An understanding of the Film Industry is a plus but not a requirement.
The successful applicant will complete multiple interviews followed by a paid training/probationary period of 30 to 90 days. Upon successful completion of training an offer of full-time employment will be made.
Film Solutions is located in Burbank. Reliable transportation is required.
