We place music into TV, Film and Radio.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone to help out our A&R/ Placement Department. The ideal candidate will not be afraid of getting on the phone, and calling out (after training) to Music Supervisors, Production Houses, Publishing Companies, College Radio, Podcasts and Webzines. The ideal candidate will have EXTREME interest in MUSIC and be able to decipher different genres, styles, etc.
What you will learn:
You will learn to work within many different areas of the music industry. You will learn how to talk to different levels of people in the music industry from Program Directors, Directors of Music, Producers, Music Supervisors, Editors, Etc~ essentially the people that Place Music. You will also learn about some publishing aspects as well as contracts.
Education:
Degree helps, but not necessary.
MUST BE:
Self Motivated, Puntual, Able To Take Initiative and Able To Communicate and Negotiate
