I recently was commissioned to write a short that was ultimately not purchased by the Producer who ordered it. I'm offering the rights free to an established Producer with credits, who wants a tight 26 page drama, that could be a nice vehicle for the festival circuit.

Cecil "Pick" Pickett is suffering from early onset Alzheimers. His grandson is forced to place him in an assisted living facility after an accident occurs at their ranch house. Through the course of the story, the grandson learns life lessons that bring the family back together again. This drama is set against the backdrop of the Black Cowboys of Colorado.
