Looking for someone just out of film school, or someone fresh who has or does not have experience in the entertainment field. Previous working experience can be from working on a set as a PA or an actor / actress or just being in the industry or wanting to get in the industry.
Organizational and people skills are a must. Computer literate, email, excel, word profficient. Someone who has an interest or knowledge of India would be a plus or even an east indian person as a lot of the projects we do are India related or in India.
Hindi speaking is a plus. Job description would range from anything starting with doing all kinds of errands, paying bills, making phone calls, helping with budgets and scheduling of projects, to social meetings. I am looking for someone who is up to get their feet wet, learn from me and move up at a later stage. Someone who is enthusiastic about learning the business but realizes that they have to do a lot of nonsensical, non creative work first in order to move on.
