We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-service focused individuals

The Lobby Ambassador|Concierge will ensure that entrance is only by authorized individuals. He/she responds to resident requests and inquires and works to address resident concerns in accordance with the companies customer service standards. The Lobby Ambassador|Concierge will have a gracious approach to all activities, greet visitors and residents, handle calls and assist with resident issues. Qualified candidates will have a positive, upbeat demeanor with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication and organizational skills. High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is desired.
Hospitality experience is a plus!
