A reality television personality seeks a personal assistant.
The ideal candidate possesses a positive attitude, is bright, energetic, efficient, detail-oriented, neat, organized, and conscientious – with all tasks and errands.

Applicants must be smart, reliable, committed and discreet.

This is a unique opportunity for someone to work as both a personal assistant and in conjunction with an established reality television show. Ideal candidate would work as a liaise between the person they are assisting and the television production crew.
The tasks and errands include, but are not limited to shopping, dry cleaning, filing, scanning, picking up packages, helping with appearance related issues (hair, wardrobe) and writing correspondences. Since the candidate selected will be running errands, the candidate must also have a valid driver’s license.

Requirements:
• 1-2years experience working as a personal assistant
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and follow-through skills to clearly and concisely communicate with supervisor and others.
• Solid computer skills, especially Outlook and Microsoft Word. Knowledge of Excel and Quicken are a plus
• Availability to travel 2 weeks a month to either Colorado or Hawaii. Shorter trips to Los Angeles as needed.
• Maturity and personality to represent the brand in the public as well as internally
• Great phone voice
• Attention to detail is a must
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Able to take direction but work with minimal supervision
• Above all, a commitment to excellent customer service

Duties:
• General office/clerical tasks (i.e. filing)
• General errands (i.e. bank deposits, going to post-office, shopping – both professional and personal in nature and picking up/dropping off drycleaning, etc.)
• Organizing wardrobe, schedule, etc.
• Other duties, professional and personal, may be assigned as needed
