I am directing a student project in which we are re-imagining a scene from Fight Club. I am looking to cast the male lead. Below is more information:

Project Notes: An ambitious project in which a scene from a popular film is completely re-imagined into something truly unique and shot on a set made from the ground up. This particular scene is from Fight Club, moving it out of the grime of the original to the gloss of upscale modern, while still keeping with much of the style that made the original so bold. A great opportunity to be a part of something totally different and work with a driven and highly creative group of filmmakers. Mild sexual content (no nudity).

Story Line: A scene from the film Fight Club, in which the protagonist (Jack), his best friend (Tyler) and a woman in the middle (Marla) are mixed into a truly strange love triangle. Jack is madly jealous of Tyler and Marla's relationship, only unbeknownst to Jack, Tyler is actually an alter-ego created by Jack's fractured mind.

Shooting Date: Friday, Nov. 6th, All day
Audition Dates: Tuesday, Nov. 3rd, 4pm-8pm and possibly Wednesday, TBD

Role:

Jack - Lead / MALE / 20 TO 26 / Caucasian

Sarcastic, depressed, schizophrenic, jealous. Although rich and successful, looks to create meaning in his unsatisfying life. Must be comfortable wearing only boxers and a dress shirt for most of principle photography (Jack spills wine on pants near the beginning of the scene and takes off pants to wash them).
