Two needed - MUST HAVE SYNDICATION EXPERIENCE -
Will manage the interface for all syndication programming/segment builds/distribution. This critical role leads to insure customers receive superior service. Advertising industry knowledge, management experience a plus but managing work over people is the priority.
Duties: Work with management team to align departmental policies with company objectives, analyze all the work the department produces to make sure it's correct. Collaborate with VP and Sales Manager, interface with Billing Department, collaborate with clients to establish and maintain performance standards to meet service goals, process all regional order change requests, monitor and analyze Discrepancy Reports, participate in weekly management meetings.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work individually, and part of a team, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, adverstising industry knowledge, comprehensive computer knowledge; PC and Macintosh helpful, knowledge of internet applications, management experience a plus.
Must have Syndication experience for consideration for this position.
