PROJECT SYNOPSIS:
Camile, a mid 20’s writer, has just completed her ultimate work. She now finds herself lacking any inspiration and ability to write another screenplay. As she apathetically works on her latest project, a man appears in her hotel room to inform her that she has killed herself, and is now eternally locked in this room with nothing but this man and her typewriter.
ROLES NEEDED:
Camile/Female/ All Ethnicities/ 20-30 yrs
Description: Camile, a writer in her 20’s, has just written her best work and feels as though she will never write anything better for the rest of her life. She finds no reason to continue living. She is not overtly depressed but apathetic. Once she finds a stranger sitting in her room, her anxious nature takes over and she loses her grasp on reason.
Daniel/ Male/ All Ethnicities/ 25-40 yrs
Description: Daniel, a shady business man, is overtly confident and rather pretentious. He has a sleazy and obnoxiously high brow personality, and shows no concern or compassion for those he finds weaker than himself.
PROJECT NOTES:
This will be a one day shoot at the Vagabond Inn in downtown Los Angeles, a block away from USC. Meals and craft service will be provided.
Rehearsals will take place before the shooting.
