I am a music producer/composer looking for the right person to help me by engineering sessions at my studio. There will be no pay at first until we establish a good working relationship. Then we will work something out on a per project basis. Please be someone who:
1. Knows a lot about sound and recording and has a PASSION for making amazing sounding records- I want to hear some recordings you've done
2. Has experience in engineering music and loves the technical side of audio, all while keeping it artistic
3. Has projects/credits they have worked on that they can show me in many styles, but mainly anything POP
4. Can work well with a producer
5. Wants to move ahead in their career as an engineer
6. Knows Pro Tools in and out
