Illumination Dynamics Inc. located in San Fernando, CA has immediate need for an Automated and Theatrical Lighting Rental Agent. Must have minimum 5 yrs exp in Production Lighting Rental and have extensive knowledge of Automated and Conventional Studio Lighting equipment. Must have advanced knowledge of rental inventory tracking software such as RT Pro, Rental Works or HITS, Microsoft Office programs and experience working with CAD files. Responsibilities would include proactively managing customer orders from initial contact to completion including taking and processing orders, interacting with warehouse personnel, scheduling pick ups and deliveries. Looking for the right individual who is energetic, enthusiastic and customer service driven. Must have excellent phone etiquette skills and be able to interact professionally and positively at all times even when under pressure. Valid Drivers License required & CDL license a plus. Available to work overtime and be on call as needed. Some travel may be required. Salary commensurate with experience and local market.
