Seeking the "official" spokesperson for El Grado that will represent the brand on a national level. Requirements are the same as the above for the elite promo team, but with the additional items:

- All applicants will be considered, but the brand is especially looking for those with a more exotic look (e.g., Catherine Zeta Jones, Megan Fox, Salma Hayek, etc.). It all comes down to charisma and someone who can "stand out" to represent the brand on a national level.

- The interview process will include a Video series to document the Search for the "El Grado Girl."

- The El Grado Girl will represent the brand in all advertising and major promotions.

COMPENSATION:
Pay rate for the El Grado team will vary by market and exceed the average standard (minimum $30/hr.).
