There is a photographer by the name of Richard Northwood, and like so many people out there these days, he became a professional photographer the day professional cameras became available. His skill is limited, his ideas are often downright offensive, but as his career grows he feels the need to create more professional looking promotional materials to promote himself with. I am helping him with that casting.

Richard Northwood is thje creation of photographer Kyle Andrew Skinner, and he is a comical send-up of the over whelming number of photographers who pick up a camera at Cost-co and call themselves professional to get their jollies. Promoted in a funny way that so many in our industry can laugh at and appreciate the irony of, I will be creating a series of comical videos to support 'Northwood Nation'.

To begin I need to start creating promotional materials, and that is the nature of this casting.

For interested parties that respond a document will be provided with specific descriptions of the photos wanted for the promotional materials. Make note of the following:

- this ad was placed with no nudity involved, but the promotional materials will in fact involve nudity. The shots are going to be made to look like they were taken in Richard's studio, and included in the props will be a series of provocative photos of the model in polaroids scattered on a table in the studio. The model will be laying on a couch in the background either nude or in a state of undress, also out of focus and appearing as a 'prop' in the promotional shot. Due to the lack of nudity as a focal point, I listed this ad as non-nude. This was a description of one of the shots involved (will be further detailed for those that inquire) in order to more precisely explain the nature of the assignment. The assignment is a very curious mix of sexiness and humor.
- the model has experience with Maxim to Playboy style photography
- pay for the shoot is to be between 150 and 400 dollars and is to be finalized between model and photographer once the details of the assignment are ironed out between the two parties.

Shooting a magnificent swimwear line in July. This is a speciality line for tall-ish and very slender models. The suits are indescribably beautiful.

Two models needed for this casting. Please read carefully, the stats required are quite rigid.

- very slim waist (no more than 24)
- very narrow hips (no more than 33-34)
- clean/clear well cared for skin
- height of at least five foot eight
- no ink/piercings
- relevant experience (hostess/event modeling is not relevant experience)
- easy to work with, able to work in a public setting without distraction, drama free
- one of the two models will be required to model a suit that is bottoms only, therefore a minimum of an implied shot is required for that particular suit.

This is clearly a casting for agency level models. I am trying MM first to see what comes of it, otherwise will pull from an agency.

Pay in the neighbourhood of $100/flat, experience dependant. This is a 2-3 hour job at most. The sets will be submitted for magazine fashion editorial consideration.

I am heading out to Toronto for an event photoshoot, and I'm looking for a badass MUA to party along side of me! You game?

I must warn you, I have been working with THE BEST out here in Montreal, so I have a taste for high creativity, and precision, in a fair amount of time. (see avitar for an example)

As you may or may not know, these event shoots are a bit crazy, with long hours, so you need to be able to hold it down with all of us, and not get sucky. No divas apply. Also, I'm not expecting miracles with hair, but if you can work a teasing comb, flat iron, and some bobby pins, that's alright with me!

It will most likely be 6 girls, one strong look each.
Hours will run from 9am-9pm
Rate: $240 for the day
Plus: High res copies of the finals for your port.

TIME:
