Designer Liz Claiborne dead at 78...wow.

I never had a reason to feel close to her. Or so I thought.

I'm a man and I don't obviously I don't wear women's clothing. I never even studied her career or achievements until I caught a glimpse of it on CNN. After that I felt a little sadness. I think that the reason Liz means so much to any of us is because she's been a positive force in the industry.

These days, that’s rare.... Things are very cut throat.
