Welcome to the 2009 Audition for T.M.E Ladies. Our Company is finally off the ground, being recognized throughout Broward and Dade County. The expansion of our organization has prompted us to begin the T.M.E. Ladies Division. The goal of the T.M.E. Ladies division is to expand our brand into the hospitality industry. Thereby allowing our ladies to be featured in Video/Photo Shoots, Club Events, Listening Parties, Car Shows and our soon to come Ladies of T.M.E 2010 Calendar. Not everyone can be a T.M.E. Lady, there are certain things that we expect. The idea is to break away from the average “model” type, that are seen in videos/magazines, etc. We recognize that every woman regardless of her size or ethnicity is beautiful.
Here are a few things that we look for in a T.M.E. Lady:
Positive attitude
Lady-like behavior at all times
Good Hygiene
A “People” person
Gift of Gab
Well polished look for all events
Intellectual speakers (i.e. No ghetto slang, a true T.M.E Lady speaks with proper etiquette)
Being prompt, dependable, and persistent
Realizing that this is a sisterhood and not a competition with fellow T.M.E. Ladies
