Independent filmmaker Derek Statham of Groundshaker Entertainment is
currently searching for two African American actors and one African American actress for his latest 5-minute short film, "Welcome Home, Soldier Boy".
Welcome Home, Soldier Boy is a story(set in 1967) of a young man who, upon returning from Viet Nam, is faced with the same racism that plagued his community before he left. Upon completion, this short will be submitted to various festivals, websites, and TV stations. There's no pay, but excellent opportunites for experience and exposure.
