Non-Union. Director: Derek Carter. LOGLINE: A young woman grapples with the violent death of a young boy to understand the tragic loss in her own life.
Sarah, mid to late 20's, is a strong, but broken-hearted woman after the death of her fiance. She wraps herself in a cacoon of trust and security that is one day shattered when she learns of the freak accident of a young boy.
David, mid to late 20's, is the love interest. His scenes are brief, but powerful in all because the sentiments her utters to Sarah are the things she holds on to, bringing her back to reality, teaching her how to move on after his departure.

David, mid to late 20's, is a strong-willed man that knows the world, and knows himself. He's confident and assuring without being hostile and egomaniacal. He doesn't know as much as he'd like to, but he knows how he feels about Sarah. Actor should look 22-30, if possible, meaning 'mature'.
