Director: Michael David Perkins. “Fallen Petals” tells the story of Susan Selby, a 20 year-old girl, one year after the death of her mother. The house she lives in was willed to her Aunt LaDonna who has decided to force Susan to grow up and accept the responsibilities of adulthood by selling the house out from underneath Susan. Through this unique set of circumstances, Susan must come to terms with the death and finally learn how to bury her mother.
