A non-refundable application fee of $20 must be submitted with application (Cash or Check Only). Two (2) photographs of applicants will be taken at the time of application delivery, a full body image and a close-up of face, for reference.

Fall fashion event will take place Sept. 8-10th at various locations in Gainesville Florida.
*alcoholic beverages will only be included for participants over the age of 21. Participants under the age of 21 may use their free drink benefit for non-alcoholic beverages only.
