His most recent film, TRUST US THIS ALL MADE UP, premiered at South By Southwest this past March, where The Onion called it “really effing funny.'

SYNOPSIS OF ALEK KARPOVSKY'S NEW UNTITLED THRILLER:
This character driven psychological thriller centers on Paul, an alienated yoga instructor in his early forties harboring an unreciprocated infatuation with Derrick, a younger physical trainer who works with him at an upscale suburban gym. When Derrick begins training Stacey, an eye-catching new client, Paul immediately feels abandoned and threatened. Unable to cope with their intensifying attraction towards one another, Paul secretly exposes Stacey’s infidelity to her short-tempered husband, triggering a fatal course of events from which no one emerges unscathed. A raw and terrifying depiction of contemporary isolation, UNTITLED THRILLER explores our relentless pursuit for affection in an increasingly sterile and fragmented environment.
