Non-Union. Director: Ross Martin. On September 11, 2001 the quarterly meeting of Energon's efficiency task force is being held in the south tower of the world trade center. The public relations department have agreed to video tape this meeting. Moments after the cameras are turned on the meeting is interupted by a crash and explosion seeming to come from outside their window. This short film follows six employees of an Energy firm as they make their way from the 80th floor to the lobby. All dialogue will be improvised.

LAUREN: Twenty-something, works on sales floor, this is the first ETF meeting since she went on maternity leave two months ago, as a result she is somewhat oblivious to the bleak state of the company. Stickler for policy and blind supporter of the system, protective and reserved, conservative.

JEFF: Twenty something, employee of the month, works on the sales floor, team leader of efficiency task force, has maintained a friendship with MARK and ALLAN since childhood, although lately it seems he might be outgrowing them, though he tries to avoid conflict among his co-workers, starved for attention, materialistic, super-ficial, a natural leader.

MARK: Twenty something, has been working for a utility company (recently bought by Energon) since high school, thinks he leading the revolution, rejects conventional values, difficult, subversive, edgy, distrustful of others outside his peer group.
