You must bring a formal identification (state Id, Driver license or passport)
2 photographs of yourself, each clearly labeled on the back with your name.
One must be a close-up of your face; the second must be a full-length photograph of your entire (clothed) body.
Polaroid痴 photographs are acceptable as long as you are clearly visible you will not be disqualified.
For race color, religion, national Origin
NB. Producers reserve the right to add, cancel and/or substitute other hours as interview locations
