A litigation software vendor is hiring 3 actors, 35-55 years of age, to participate in a four-day mock deposition at a tradeshow. The chosen actors will play the parts of attorney, witness attorney and witness. A script of the line of questioning (from the attorney) and the responses (from the witness and witness attorney) will be provided on-site. Memorization of the lines will not be required and some ad lib will be allowed. The mock deposition will be videotaped and transcribed by a court reporter to demonstrate how technology is used during litigation. The mock deposition will break for 30 minutes for lunch on your own.
Requirements:
- Ability to assume appropriate traits and mannerisms of an attorney deposing a witness and of a witness giving testimony (i.e., voice inflections, hesitations in responding, etc.)

Chosen actors must wear a conservative business suit and tie at the tradeshow.
Actors will be turned away if attire is not appropriate to the roles.
- Availability from 7am to 6pm on Saturday, July 14
- Availability from 7am to 6pm on Sunday, July 15
- Availability from 7am to 7pm on Monday, July 16
- Availability from 7am to 2pm on Tuesday, July 17
- Familiarity with using a laptop computer.
- Transportation to the tradeshow site at Hyatt Regency Chicago
Parking payment and details will be arranged upon hiring.
Full payment ($615.00) will be received at 2pm on Tuesday, July 17.
