The Ohio Native, Chelsi Elise, was born December 30th on the island of the philipines. born with an exotic blend of Portugese, Indian, and African American, she displays a statuesque figure, perfect bone structure of a model standing at 5'10.
After graduating with Honors from high school she continued her education at a local community college studying business management. With her passion for the fashion and modeling industry she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a model while continuing to educate herself.
