Hey there, hopefully this message will find you in the right "spirit". Even in plus sized modeling it is important to be in shape. Plus sized models honestly are models that are deemed to be more then size 3 in the fashion world.

Thats a huge range because I understand there are much larger sizes but I want to give you a good realistic idea of that can be done.
