Newly formed company, Neotric Entertainment, is looking for a qualified candidate to head up their A&R department. You will join The Executive Team at Neotric Entertainment in the final decision making on proposed artists. The ideal candidate must possess a music industry background in the category of being an A&R. A broad knowledge of music is helpful. Besides having good communication skills, you should be able to distinguish a hit record or a star in the making. You will primarily be responsible for responsible for finding, signing, and developing new talent as well as helping guide their careers. Your initial assignment will be to form a young male group.
