I am working on an amateur independant film entitled "Him All Along." The script is a 'coming of age romantic drama' and filming will be done in Queens, NY and Spencerport, NY. The total movie budget is 6,200$ and shooting should take between 4 and 8 days depending on how much quality work is put forth by entire crew.



The base plot line follows young friends/lovers as they grow up through school, only to be parted when the girl moves to the suburbs of Manhattan and away from her friend who remains in upstate rural NY. They eventually meet back up as college students and work out their kinks and differences to eventually come together in a romantic manner once again. Lead character male roles filled by experienced indie film actors who can work with the inexperienced. Require 2 actresses who can fit the role of the lead female protagonist at each age bracket the movie will document, and a third actress to portray as the confidant best friend during the latter high school years. EXPERIENCE NOT PREFERRED. We are looking for a fresh face. However, acting and performance arts education preferred but IN NO WAY REQUIRED.



Gig will pay between 180 to 420$ a day dollars depending on overall fit, qualifications, camera willingness and appeal. Negotiable. Ability to earn hundreds to thousands more if movie wins at independant film competitions and is eventually seen by paying viewers.



I cannot guarantee these roles will not be filled from sources outside of craigslist. This is only one means of advertisement I am selecting for networking. If your initial application is accepted you will be contacted by e-mail for more information and with the information on where and when the initial auditions (done in competitive open format) will be held.



Requirements:



1. No film acting experience. We are looking to bring new faces to the movie. Some acting experience okay. But no exceptions in terms of on screen experience.



2. Specific hair color may be required in the future depending on who is eventually cast as the earliest version of the lead female protagonist to keep the illusion of it being the same person.



3. Must have the on-screen look. Clean, light skinned, pretty face, slenderish tone (some waist thickness is fine) and possess a white smile. No smoker teeth or anything that is not very silver screen friendly, please.



4. Must speak clearly and in English and possess a strong verbal communication skill. We are acting here, so you must be able to speak clearly for the camera and be able to portray your character without question.



5. Must be willing to wait patiently for response. I cannot cast you based on your words and images alone and will collect all those who look and sound the part for actual competitive auditions held in Queens at a date I will disclose if you, again, look and sound the part.



6. Be between the age bracket of 18 and 25. Age is not a complete determining factor as long as you can look the part of the lead female protagonist in one of the age brackets documented. Willing to make minor script changes to suit minors, but over 18 preferred.



7. Must not be shy in front of several rolling cameras. We will shoot from several angles at all times for the best footage, and anyone too shy to speak or portray the character while being filmed should not apply.



8. If casted, be willing to take part in TASTEFUL romantic scene with lead male protagonist at both age brackets documented unless minor is cast in the more youthful role.



9. No tattoo on arms or back.

-A face photograph without make-up and alternative hair style.


-Lower body picture in underwear or bathing suit including legs and hips.


-Include any other photographs you feel may show your best looks and qualities.
