We are currently seeking college-age girls (18-25) for an internet startup. The work will be non-nude and not overtly sexual, but will be revealing, provocative and not exactly artistic (think along the lines of more playful/risque American Apparel photography). Probably not anything you'd want to show your grandmother, but nothing you're going to be particularly embarrassed about when you're rich and famous in twenty years.
Successful applicants will have a young look, pretty face and be in good shape (flat stomach and generally well put-together, etc.). Pay will be fairly competitive for what it is and per-shoot. Long term potential exists.
