Hello, actors! My name is Annie and I'm a student director at NYU looking for actors for an experimental short film called "Severed Ears" about a lost love between a man a who can control the sounds of the city with his mind and a mysterious woman from his past.
To play the mysterious woman, I'm seeking a female actor, 32-40 years old, who is available to work in Manhattan on November 7 and 8, and can cry for the camera.
Although I cannot offer actual pay, I guarantee a DVD copy of the finished film after postproduction. This film will be shot on color 16mm film, which provides beautiful material to build reel or resume and is a great working opportunity for an actor.
