I'm looking for an Actress (late 20s - 30s) to collaborate on a scene for a directing workshop at NYU Tisch. The workshop is based around two rehearsal days where the director and actors work through a scene.
Directing the Actor: A practical workshop in the fundamentals of directing, this course explores the working relationship between actor, director, and script. The focus lies in the director’s work with analyzing a script and communicating its meaning and action to actors and crew.
The scene is from Stanley Kubrick's 'Eyes Wide Shut'. The scene is between Alice Harford and Sandor Szabo who dance and flirt at a fancy ballroom party. Alice is a former art gallery curator, in her mid-thirties and very beautiful. She is married to a wealthy Doctor and lives on the upper east side of Manhattan.
To be clear, we are not shooting anything. Nonetheless, this would be an opportunity to be seen by a working director (Denny Lawrence:

dates: 10/28/09 and 12/02/09
Each session is in the middle of the day and lasts one hour.
You also MUST be available for an AUDITION this Sunday the 25th in the afternoon, as well as 10/28/09 and 12/02/09. (There will be no other rehearsal time outside of those dates)
Please send your RESUME and a HEADSHOT. Thank you.
