Looking for actors to star in NYU Sitcom "Consigliere" about a nerdy Jewish man, Jeffrey Goldstein, who becomes a lawyer for a strong Mafia leader, Gian Luca Ferrito.
Jeffrey Goldstein, 20-30, Caucasian, is a New York Jewish neurotic. He’s the type of guy who spends more time reading law books in his apartment, than out in the real world. Jeffrey is young and slightly handsome (a better looking Woody Allen), and is a very moral and kind-hearted person. Jeffrey became a lawyer to make an impact on the world, not to be working for a crime-ridden Mafia family. However, he just might have more fun than he expected...
Gian Luca Ferrito, 40-60, Caucasian, is 100% Italian and proud of it. With his large figure, tracksuit, and slicked back hair, Gian Luca may look like Tony Soprano but deep down he’s really just a teddy bear. Gian Luca uses his daunting looks and tough attitude to intimidate other people. He is also a great charmer, and can seduce any women he desires. Gian Luca only works with fellow Italians, but he’ll make an exception when he sees something in a young Jewish lawyer...
