I am looking for a confident, outgoing female who can conduct man on the street interviews in and around NYC. All types/looks will be considered. Due to legal restrictions our reporter needs to be 21 or older. This is not for the faint of heart.
Person should be able to approach strangers, ask question and get them to answer questions on camera. Questions will be scripted in advance. Interviewees will need to sign a release afterward. Producer/cameraman will be with you to help with the releases and to offer encouragement as one after another people blow you off. Again this is not for the faint of heart.
Interviews will be free form....some people will answer 1 or 2 and some may answer 7. Questions will be topical like:
Example 1: Do you think Obama deserved the Nobel Peace Prize?
Example 2: Should the United States be in Afghanistan?
Example 3: What would happen if Marijuana were legalized?
Video will be edited and shown on the web.
Pay will be fully negotiated up front and based on ability...it could be an hourly rate or a day rate...some people might be able to do in an hour what another can do in 3 hours.
