I can swim (survival mode) from end to end of the pool, but would like to be able to swim laps regularly and look normal doing it. I'm looking for someone (any age) to show me how to swim properly, preferably someone on a swim team or who learned in a class (as opposed to self-taught) so I can learn the proper mechanics. I'm looking to meet at a pool in the White Plains area (I currently go to the Greenburg Pool) and am sure I'll need a few lessons at least before I'm reasonably confident.
