MMT_Castings

I am a guitarist and student at Nyack College. I would like to start a metal band with a Christian message. I am a Christian, and I feel that the genre of metal has been ignored in some ways by Christian music. I want a band that all members would take seriously and that would be a genre of metal that has not been explored much by Christian music, therefor making the band more likely to reach out to a non-Christian crowd (although Christians would love it too). \

I would like this band to be along the lines of Megadeth or early Metallica, although I would like to use creative songwriting elements such as what Dream Theater and Nevermore do. I in no way want to sound like any other band; I want this to be as creative as possible.

I have a drummer (although if you are a drummer I'd like to jam with you!), so I need a lead guitarist (I suck haha), a bassist, and a lead vocalist.
