Casting actors for an upcoming episode of Discovery Health Channel documentary series, "Dr. G: America's Most Shocking Cases." This is a great opportunity to gain on-camera experience, build your resume, and participate in a story about an event that shook 1960s America and left almost 50 people dead or wounded: a sniper's 96 minute shooting spree from a perch high above a Texas university campus.

1) Charles Whitman-- male, caucasian, 25, tall, blond hair, ex-marine
2) Young Charles Whitman-- male, caucasion, 14-18 (actors under 18 must have parental permission), blond, thin/reedy
3) Charles Whitman, Sr.-- male, caucasian, 40s-50s, dark hair, stocky, overbearing father
4) Margaret Whitman-- female, caucasian, 40s-50s, blond hair, prim and proper Southern wife and mother
5) Kathy Whitman-- female, caucasian, early 20s, brown hair
6) Ramiro Martinez-- male, caucasian-latino, 20s-30s, wiry, police officer
7) Houston McCoy-- male, caucasian, 20s-30s, tall, police officer
8) Jerry Day-- male, caucasian, 20s-30s, short, police officer
9) Coleman de Chenar-- caucasian, 40s-50s, dark hair, pathologist
Please submit a headshot and resume. Actors will be called for either ONE or TWO days within the window of Tuesday Nov. 17th to Wednesday Nov. 25th. Please indicate your availability within that window. We will be shooting in the NY/NJ area.
Non-SAG, non-AFTRA. Compensation is $50/shoot day, plus meals and a dvd of the episode.
