We're shooting a SILENT short film this Friday (11/6) in Central Park, and in need of a young actor (20s). The details are:
Title: HOLODOMOR
Director/Producer: Ellis Watamanuk
Synopsis: A young peasant witnesses an extraordinary vision while searching for food in the woods. Set in 1930s Ukraine during the devastating Soviet-designed famine.
Again, the film is silent (there will be music in the final cut), so only non-verbal acting will be required. The shoot should only take a couple of hours, and while it is non-paying, it is a great way to build your resume and should be a fun experience.
