Casting all SPOKEN WORD TALENT!!! N.Y.C Casting Director Zan Ludlum is looking for spoken talent or slam poetry talent for Sprite Slam Dunk 2010 National T.V. Commercial ASAP!!

Possible Slam Dunk NBA players are: Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic!
New York Knicks’ Nate Robinson!
Lebron James- Cleveland!

Love and passion for basketball a plus but not necessary! Please submit no longer than a 3 minute video with a self written rhyme including basketball/dunking, anything that inspires you or the script below. All ages, race, groups of friends, “Raw Talent” are welcome.
Must submit your name, age your location, cell and email so we have all of your contact info. If you are able to make it to the casting in NYC this Tuesday November 10th please place that in your email so we can give you all of the casting details.

It is ok if you do not live in NYC!!! Just submit your video and we will take it from there!

Backboard stickers and measuring tapes
Blowing out candles, jumping blind
We’ve seen dunks of every kind
But now that the legends have done their thing
And a new batch of heavyweights are entering the ring
We wanna know what 2010’ll bring.
Cause with every year, the bar gets higher
And it’ll take more than tricks to get us inspired
We’ve seen the greatness from the days of yore.
Now who’s gonna show us sumthin we never seen before?

As you slammed over giants 7 feet tall
I’ve seen you pull off 360’s
Jump from the line
Tricks too big for someone five foot nine
But that was last year, and this is 2010
And I wanna see you do it again.
New tricks. New jams. New sweet-ass moves.
I want you dunking like you got sumthin to prove.
Cause the past is the past
And the present is today
So are you gonna defend that crown,
or you gonna give it away?
